Typical: Your symptoms are most likely normal. All hearts skip. You're most apt to feel them lying down and resting. Single pauses and flutters are of no consequence. (as opposed to minutes of continuous rapid beating or irregularity, especially if feeling like you can't breathe or will pass out). To be safe, blood work and an echo are a good idea. Caffeine, nicotine, fatigue ; stress worsen skips.
