Amphetamines : Your profile indicate you take Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) and Concerta for adhd and that you also have bipolar disorder for which you are prescribed depakote. The treatment for these conditions and management of these medications requires an intricate balance which cannot be addressed in an online forum. You should discuss this with your psychiatrist. Stimulant misuse is always a suspect.

Please explain : Why do you stay up 22 hrs ? Normal is 16! if there is no good reason to stay up work on your sleep hygiene . Go to bed at the same time each night in a cool dark room . Use your bed only for sleep or sex. Everything else should be done out of the bed . If you don't get tired wear dark glasses at 6pm. Try melatonin 10mg tablets or if you can the spray is best! it will help reset your clock ins.
