Weight Loss: Try to stick to a plant based diet like the mediterranean diet in addition to regular aerobic exercise and you should be able to maintain your weight. If you contnue to struggle consult a nutrionist in your area. Best wishes.

Caloric: Recommendations would depend upon age, height, activity, etc. Check w/a good registered dietitian so that you don't gain the weight back. You need a dietary program you can follow successfully for the rest of your life, particularly with a history of pcos>.
