Depends: Depends upon your goal weight and activity level. As a rough estimate add a zero to your current goal weight and that is approximately the number of calories you can eat and maintain, but it depends upon the composition of your diet, and activity level. Also, our individual metabolic rate will vary, so different for each person. Be sure your goal is realistic!

You can not go back: If you go back to your caloric intake of 2,000 calories you will regain your weight and defeat the purpose of your original goal/efforts. So you must stay closer to what your current intake is(1400 calories) provided you are not losing anymore weight. right now.
