DEPENDS: Could be mixed connective tissue disease which combines features of scleroderma, myositis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and rheumatoid arthritis (with some sources adding polymyositis, dermatomyositis, and inclusion body myositis). Additional testing for the muscle enzymes, rheumatoid factor, echocardiogram (pulmonary hypertension) and other extractable nuclear antigens may help differentiate.

Possible MCTD: The anti-rnp antibody is strongly associated with a condition called mctd (mixed connective tissue disease). Your symptoms could fit with that diagnosis. Mctd is kind of a cousin to lupus. Patients with positive anti-rnp usually have a strongly positive ANA in a speckled pattern. Sounds like it's time for you to see a rheumatologist to make a proper diagnosis and to begin appropriate treatment.
