Hla b 27 is positive, ana if is positive. speckled pattern is 1:640. rnp antibodies are 0.2, and anti -dna (ds) is 2. what does this mean? went in due to pink eye that turned out was uveitis. shaky hands, rash on neck, bad taste in mouth,fatique?

It means that you should be evaluated by a rheumatologist for autoimmune disorder. Uveitis is an autoimmune disorder of the eyes. An ophthalmologist should treat you for the uveitis ASAP.

You do not have systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Uveitis and positive HLA B 27 are consistent with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) but musculoskeletal abnormalities, especially the spine pathology, are the main manifestations of AS.
