Be patient: Final refractive changes after lasik can take 4 months. Left eye may still return to plano. If it does not, neuroadaptation may allow you to not require distance glasses.

Yes: Vision may fluctuate for 3-6 months. Importantly, address any issues of dryness as this can affect your vision and healing.
