Circadian rhythm: To adjust your internal clock to be more in synch with a normal bedtime, do the following: expose yourself to the early morning rays of the sun ( keep the curtains/blinds open so the natural light from the sun strikes your closed eyes).Force yourself to get up no more than 1 hour after sunrise and take no naps( even though u will be tired the 1st few days), no caffeine after noon, sleep 8hrs or less.

Yes: As long as you are getting 7-8 hours of sleep per night you are ok. Some people need less. Waking up late and not getting enough sleep can affect your daily activities and can also affect your mood. You need to adjust your sleep wake cycles. Set a time you want to wake up every morning, and get up at that time everyday regardless of what time you sleep. Dont take naps during the day.
