Diet: Your intake as described would be consistent with weight loss. My primary concern is you are not getting enough protein in your diet and not enough caleries for long term intake. To be at a healthy weight, activate metabolism by eating protein serving (size of your palm)+complex carbs every 2-3 hrs/day. Sprinkle 3 fruits, 4veggies, at least 3 tsp butter/olive oil and 3 servings milk (greek yogurt).

Weight loss: Proper nutrition includes dairy fruit meat vegetables and grains. Weightloss will occur when calories out exceed calories in, so small portions three times a day with moderate excercize should drop your weight. Avoid caffeine as this may stress your body and could cause you to sleep poorly and irritate your stomach. Half your body weight in ounces should be daily water intake.
