Have a plan: Better: have a plan for getting the right number of calories, balanced nutrition, exercise, fluid intake, sleep & accountability. Tracking your data (calories, nutrition) is very useful (I use LoseIt). A personal traininer or class can be helpful. But make a plan, review wtih knowledgeable clinician, stick to it, BE PATIENT. Lose weight = short term goal & alone never succeeds. Lifestyle is better
