Lose weight: Walk briskly 2 mi per day. No soda, no fried or fast food, no candy, no ice cream and no seconds. Eat fresh fruit and veg and eat five small meals per day with 3-4 oz of any meat, a carb(potato, red yam, plain rice) and veg or fruit (300-400 cal/meal).
