Unlikely ectopic: Cannot say "no chance" but chances are likely very very low if a sure gs was seen in the uterus.

Low chance: If a gestation sac was seen in the uterus on your sonogram, then it is likely not an ectopic pregnancy. Ultrasound is never 100% so i suggest a repeat sonogram be done to confirm a heart beat at a later date. However, if no bleeding or cramping with a gestational sac in the uterus, you are likely on the right track.
