Probably not: If, by "stomach cramping", you are referring to the upper part of your stomach, then if you are having simultaneous shoulder pain which is NON-positional (does not hurt more in the shoulder when you move your arm), then this implies that something may be irritating your diaphragm. One common cause is pain from gallstones. Ectopic is a possibility, but usually causes CONSTANT LOWER abdominal pain
