Ectopic Pregnancy: The gestational sac should be well visible at around that level of BHCG, depending also on the sensitivity of the transvaginal probe of the machine. You need to follow up really closely with your Obstetrician to rule out the possibility of an ectopic pregnancy. There are other conditions that can also contribute to a high HCG with nonvisualization of the sac, like multiple pregnancies.
