LDL Must Change: There is no natural way to lower ldls. Diet and exercise can change dramatically the HDL and the triglycerides and some minor change to the overall total cholesterol counts. But, LDL is set by your genetics and thus the need for medication.

Careful: Your LDL is very high, the liver is involved in cholesterol metabolism, you should try diet, weight loss and exercise if this fails you need medications. Here are some example of cholesterol rich foods: red meat, butter, eggs, cheese, shellfish, shrimps, caviar and fast food in general. Vegetables, beans, salads, chicken, and fish rich in omega three are better alternatives.
