Classical symptoms : Are nausea and vomiting first, followed or accompanied by peri umbilical or epigastric pain, followed by right lower quadrant pain and tenderness, low grade fever. But only a fraction of appendicitis cases have classical symptoms. Best to get doctor to evaluate when you have any symptoms of abdominal pain.

Fever, abd pain, no : Fever, low grade temp, lack of appetite .Pain gets worse in right lower quadrant and worse when sudden movement, and vomiting.
