What are the main symptoms of appendicitis and when to worry?

Pain & fever: Persistent pain in right lower side, fever, sometimes cramping, nausea-may have atypical symptoms if appendix is behind colon (retro cecal) or pregnant with baby pushing colon out of usual position. If this apples to you, go see a doc!
