If suspicious to ER: Will start as peri umbilical pain , moves to right lower quadrant , and feelings you have , best place is go to er to make sure you did not have, early diagnosis and treatment will have least complications.

Pain, fever, nausea: Fever, pain at mcburney's point. Between umbilicus and iliac crest. Often starts with nausea and a vague pain more centrally then as the process worsens, becomes more localized at mcburneys. Can be the confused with gynecological issues especially during ovulation (14 days after lmp). If pain persists, seek care which might include an us or ct scan of the region.
