I think i might have appendicitis? what are the symptoms of appendicitis?

Right sided pain: Textbook symptoms would be diffuse pain in the abdomen that then moves to the right lower quadrant of the abdomen. Nausea and vomiting. Possible fevers and chills. Not feeling hungry. Usually continues to worsen until surgically treated.
