Yes: Monoclonal proteins are made by plasma cells, usually in the bone marrow, and most people with monoclonal gammopathy have normal total and diffential WBC counts.

Yes you can: CBC typically remains normal unless the bone marrow is heavily involved by multiple myeloma. Please check what the cause of your monoclonal gammopathy if it is not mgus?
