I just went to orthopedic surgeon and she said i have aggressive and fast wear and tear arthritis she gave me a cortisone shot what else can be done?

Arthritis: Wear and tear is a description of osteo/degenerative arthritis. What is degenerating is the joint cartilage. The specific etiology and natural history will be somewhat different depending on the joint. Generally one of the important"what else" will be modification in use of the joint. Good luck.
