Lidoderm patch: This is an especially hard area to treat. lidoderm patches or topical medication that contains lidocaine or diclofenac are options. Also Craniosacral therapy after completing core strengthening would be beneficial. Finally an ongoing maintenance program with an appropriate seating cushion ie Sacral Ease and Pilates are worth considering.
