See below: You are using Acetaminophen and an NSAID without relief. I would suggest rest, heat and gentle stretches. If that fails see your pcp.

I took a paracetamol 500 mg and accidentally took another of the same dose after 3 hours. Now I'm not taking any after realising my mistake. Will those two doses in a short period of time cause acute liver damage?
