I went to the hospital for blood test and the rest didnt show any sign of pregnancy but the doctor told me to come back for another check up have not seen my period and am having symptoms and am having malaria they give me only paracetamol?

Malaria is a very harmful infection for both the pregnant woman and the baby. If you turn out to be pregnant you should be treated by a specialist in infectious diseases, but no antimalarial medication should be started until clearance from the obstetrician is obtained as these medications may harm the fetus in early pregnancy. I think you should be treated by specialists at a university hospital
