Non-diabetic, a1c=5.7, 2hr post meal=140, bedtime glucose=100, trouble sleep through nite, wake up after 4-5 hrs every nite & glucose=40. what to do?

Sorry misunderstood: Sounds like reactive hypoglycemia. Try eating a small meal/snack before you go to bed to see if that helps. Also checking your blood sugar randomly throughout the day will help see if this is happening at other times too. If so small meals thought the day will help instead of the traditional 3 main meals a day.
