Probably not: It is not recommended that sores be picked at whether they are in the nose or anywhere else on the body. It can cause bleeding and in some cases infection. You should keep the area clean and apply an otc antibiotic ointment with a cotton swab. If the area gets warm or swells then you should seek medical attention.
