Unlikely!: There's a lot going around about this "triangle of death" thing, but the risk is incalculably low. Don't worry about it. Stop popping zits, though, it'll make it worse and lead to scarring. Signs of a brain infection: fever, chills, blurry vision, confusion, difficulty moving your neck or having severe pain when you do so. Don't worry unless you have a combination of fever with one other symptom.
