Don't worry: Have you been watching Dr Oz??? Anyways, don't worry. The fact that it started bleeding probably reduces your risk of infection rather than increase it, because the blood "washes" bacteria away from the break in the nasal passage. If your nostril starts to get sore or swell, turn red or any other sign of infection, then get on antibiotics right away. Just watch for signs of infection.
