Yes but is relative: In other words cla will increase Insulin sensitivity to a degree. Not as much as say metformin (an rx), but anytime you can decrease Insulin you will find it easier to lose wt. Insulin increases the signal to store fat, inhibits the signals to burn fat, & makes you hungry! Insulin is public enemy #1 in wt loss. For the waist do leg raises to the front and towards the sides. Do 3 sets of 15-20.
