Ineffective: Despite its popularity on the internet and via Dr. Oz studies have shown Garcinia Cambodia is highly ineffective for weight loss. Save your money. Diet and exercise are the most effective ways to safely lose weight. My fitness pal is a great app to help. Check it out.

Weight loss pills: That is a lot of weight to try to lose in 5 weeks. It would be safer to try to do this over a longer period of time, say 3-5 months at least. Also, there is no magic bullet pill or supplement, even Garcinia, that should be solely relied on for weight loss. The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to implement and sustain healthy lifestyle changes such as sensible eating and exercise.
