Surgery: After 9 months of a how ing a stable weight, your skin will have contracted to its maximal degree. After that, the excess will likely best be addressed with excision.

Tummy Tuck: 30 kilos is a substantial weight loss. You may get some retraction of the skin, but it would be unusual not to have some excess skin remaining. The solutions for this include tummy tuck and panniculectomy. I suggest you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who will be able to examine and assess you, and discuss your options.

Surgery: You have not mentioned where the excess skin is located but the only way to remove skin excess is with surgery. If it is in the abdomen, tummy tuck, if it is in the back of the arms, it is bynbrachioplasty. If it is the thighs, a thigh lift. Sometimes it's all around and it is done by body lift.
