If you were : If you were losing weight before you were diagnosed with your autoimmune disease, sometimes when you take a drug like Enbrel (etanercept) which gets rid of the inflammation which can causes weight loss, the weight can come back on as a result of you disease improving.

Food QuantityChoices: None of the medication tools you mention have any particular track record for promoting weight gain, or loss. Weight 90% food quantity & type, exercise minor. Carbs most fattening, proteins less so, fats (of natural origin, animal or plant) less & bulky low nutrient density veggies, e.g. Lettuce, the least. Weigh to 0.1 lb accuracy daily, record wt. & track what choices do & do not work.
