sir, how can i increase my penis size without using pills or penis extenders etc?

Penis Anatomy: Nope. And, regardless of what you have read there are no pills to increase the size of the penis and the penis extenders are not really increasing the size of the penis. As a guy one has to learn to accept their penis as it is and learn how to use it and their bodies to meet the needs of their partners. The average size of an erect penis is 4.5 inches.
