Medication SEs: This sounds normal. Not sure what your real question is. You may still lose more weight the longer you are off this medication.

Also.: Not abnormal because Remeron (mirtazapine) increases appetite. When you went off of it your appetite just went back to your normal previous to when you were on it. Unless your depression is back , it could also be that now that your depression is back you dont feel like eating. If your depression is back then follow up with your physician as there are options for antidepressants that dont increase appetite.

Remeron: Weight gain is not uncommon with Remeron. Per Drugs.Com, increased appetite (up to 17%) & weight gain (up to 12%) can occur. Losing the weight after coming off it is not that uncommon.
