Will dramamine (dimenhydrinate) help vertigo dizziness?

Possibly: Vertigo is often caused by displaced microcrystals in your inner ear. If your vertigo is positional there are manuevers which can treat this symptom. discuss this with your doctor. Dramamine (dimenhydrinate) may help but it is sedating and does not fix the problem.
