constant dizziness for 4 days now. i have tried sleep, gatorade, juice, dramamine, (dimenhydrinate) meclizine, water. what other otc things can i try? or urgent care?

Suggest U see your -: PCP, as you are known by him/her and you might be taking some meds which maybe responsible; Or go to the Urgent Care, to be evaluated properly. Good Luck.
