Joint action : I would take Dramamine for nausea or dizziness .Sudafed is for nasal congestion. If you take them together you may cause increased drowsiness and it could certainly cause problems driving

No: They are both Antihistamine, so i wouldn't combine them, they both belong to the first generation of Antihistamine.
