Can meclizine (dramamine all day less drowsy) cause dizziness even though that's a symptom it can be used for?

Maybe: This product is from a family of antihistamines. Each individual may have an unusual or "idiosyncratic" response to such meds that differ from most people. If the symptoms arise in a timeframe paired with taking this med & nothing else explains it, it would be reasonable to conclude that it caused them.
