It Varies: It all depends on the medication, the severity, how many psychotic episodes and underlying conditions. Your symtoms may not even return or if they do could be milder. You should discuss your concerns with your psychiatrist. Generally, stopping these medication is an indication they believe you will do well without them and is good news - best of luck!
