Yes.: Practice sleep hygiene, exercise moderately and eat healthy. Avoid caffeinated drinks, try meditating and yoga. Behavior therapy also helps, so keep it up. Some people swear by drinking warm milk and listening to relaxing music or the sound of falling rain. Taking over the counter melatonin, 3 to 10 mg. A couple of hours before bedtime also helps. Be patient.
