Chorea: is the name for it. It is an expected side effect of being on antipsychotic medications for long periods of time and is generally NOT reversible. muscle relaxants, botulinim toxin injection, and ironically in some cases increasing the antipsychotic may lower the movements but not cure the condition.

A few comments: Several thoughts based upon your description. You may have "Spasmodic Torticollis" or even "Tardive Dyskinesia", and either of these might explain your symptoms. Recommend a neurology consult and perhaps a psychiatrist to assess these "antipsychotic drugs".
