Antibiotics: Medications should always be taken as directed unless there is some problem such as an allergic reaction. Why do you want to stop taking it? Discuss this with your health care provider first. If you took 1 tab on your own, that's not a smart idea. If you didn't actually need any antibiotics, there is no harm after taking just one tablet.
