I just got a positive on my pregnancy test(clearblue digital), and i'm currently taking antibiotics for a uti i had, i'm left with 3 tablets to finish the course(1 and a half day). should i stop immediately or just continue with the antibiotics?

Safe in pregnancy : Please check the class of safety in first trimester of pregnancy for the antibiotic that you are taking. If class B, you can continue. If class C, then stop and contact your doctor. Have a safe pregnancy.
