Several solutions: If you are not falling asleep after 30 to 45 minutes. Try reading a calming inspirational book. Or better yet keep a journal next to your bed and write all your thoughts down in a completely unfiltered way. Limit liquids especially anything with caffeine after 6 pm. Are you eating well and exercising regularly. If not start. Lastly consider taking up meditation. It really works.
