Yes: Yes you can and encouraged to do so. After you brush the thrush away, you tongue may look rather red.That is normal. After the thrush infection is gone, throw away your toothbrush and get a new one.

Best to be seen by: Your physician or dentist for appropriate treatment recommendations / medications. Part of the problem is auto inoculation. Hope this helps.
