Reach out to a: Reach out to a professional. When you are depressed it feels like no one cares. The depression blinds you to the fact that there are people who care. In therapy you can begin to get the depression under control and the world will not seem so cold and negative.

You need to care: About yourself enough to get help. Start with a comprehensive evaluation by your physician, a psychiatrist or a psychologist. A treatment plan will be developed after assessment. There is hope once you accept help. Take care.
