Spend time together: Depression distorts perception and colors every experience. More than during other times, being loved is an achor and reminder that life is still worth living. By spending time together, the goal is to communicate support without making demand. Important to stay connected to your friends and family yourself. Know that with treatment, depression will pass. It is opportunity to grow closer.
