Dr. Heidi Fowler answered

Specializes in Psychiatry

Your physician: May ask about your mood, crying spells, sleep and appetite patterns, sex drive, energy level, self esteem, feelings of helplessness or hopelessness, suicidal thoughts, ability to feel joy, family history of mental health disorder, about physical symptoms etc. If you write down this information before hand it may be easier for you.
