Exercising at home?: Not so bad. Physical therapy is not forever, and i tell my patients all the time the goal is to get them out of pt. So when you go to pt, make sure you learn a home exercise program of stretching and strengthening for the affected body part. And even if you go to pt 3 times a week, you shouldn't be resting the other 4 days. K?
