Is there pain?: Lordosis is the normal low back curvature. If it gets increased, it can be due to pain, weakness or increased pressure. Nsaids (ibuprofen, Naproxen are over the counter meds) and muscle relaxants may be helpful for the pain, but should be avoided if the right set of exercises, heat/ice, or intermittent use of a back brace helps.

We all normally : Have lumbar lordosis which is the natural sway or posture of our backs. This lumbar lordosis is therefore is not a diagnosis. See a physician to can the appropriate diagnosis and recommended treatment.
